There are many stories of pain, struggle, hard work, the determination will power, and faith in oneself that help us to overcome these hurdles of life which ultimately take us to better places in life. Successful stories of Rogersoft features such inspiring tales of Humans that we were able to help in one way or another. 

 Pradeep Kumar’s story is such a story that we would proudly tell to our students all the time. Pradeep is a B.Tech graduate who graduated out 8 years ago. He was working in a different sector all this while, which was not remotely close to what he had studied. Since there was such a long career gap it was not at all easy for him to change to a different line of work. Along with that, he had other commitments and 9-6 work which made things much harder. “ If there is a will, there is a way.” Pradeep certainly proved it right. 

He had the will to do all the work all he needed was to find a way. He kept of making follow-up calls to find a course and time that would blend with his daily work. So finally after lot of discussions and after the Covid had struck us and we were getting used to the breathing our air in the N95 mask. In December 2020, Pradeep decided to join the combo course on Testing. Unlike other students, Pradeep was unable to attend the usual morning or afternoon classes. He had work at day times and also other commitments which did not make everything easy. So his classes were after 7 PM, if he only little bit of energy left at end of the day. Imagine studying after a day of work? Hard right?

 About a month ago Pradeep completed his course, just a few days after it, Pradeep lost his job. It was before the lockdown. However, just

 like every hard time have a silver lining. We were able to arrange an interview for him in an IT company named Vidyatech Solutions. He was able to crack the interview and was selected for the job with a handsome package. We are more than proud to be able to part of his success.
